1. Research Use Only – Regulatory Emphasis
All products sold by Project AD Research are intended exclusively for qualified institutional laboratory research. These compounds are not approved by the FDA for therapeutic or diagnostic use. Products are sold strictly for laboratory research or controlled investigational purposes.
Under no circumstances shall Project AD Research products be used for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or application. This includes ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical use, or incorporation into food, cosmetics, supplements, or drugs. Any representation implying suitability for human use violates these Terms.
Project AD Research reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders and block future purchases if there is reason to believe a customer is misrepresenting intended use, attempting to procure products for human application, or is not a qualified research facility. We may conduct internal reviews and report any suspected misuse to relevant authorities.
2. Eligibility and Restrictions
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from Project AD Research. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally eligible to receive, possess, and handle restricted research materials in compliance with all applicable laws. Purchases must be made on behalf of a licensed institution, laboratory, university, or registered business engaged in lawful scientific research.
Purchasers must understand proper handling procedures and have the necessary certifications or oversight to safely store, study, and dispose of Project AD Research products. Unauthorized use or deviation from approved research applications constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3. Consideration and Compliance
You acknowledge that this Agreement is supported by valuable consideration, including your ability to purchase from the Site and access our Services. You represent that you have the authority to be bound by this Agreement, or if acting on behalf of an entity, that you are authorized to bind that entity.
4. Shipping
Project AD Research ships only to verified addresses. By ordering, you confirm that the shipping address is valid and associated with a qualified research organization. Attempts to circumvent this restriction may result in order cancellation.
5. Payment and Verification
We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, Zelle, and cryptocurrency. Orders are not finalized until payment is successfully processed. All transactions must be in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to verify your identity, payment credentials, institutional affiliation, and intended use before fulfilling an order. Suspicion of fraud, noncompliance, or misuse may result in order delays or cancellation.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Orders are typically shipped within one business day after verification. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the package is accepted by the carrier. Project AD Research is not responsible for carrier delays or damage, though we will assist where possible.
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. Project AD Research is not liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect information.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only if products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return authorization must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Unauthorized or non-original returns may be refused or disposed of without refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For defective or incorrect shipments, contact us within five business days of receipt.
8. No Warranties and Limited Liability
Products are sold “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Project AD Research makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, stability, efficacy, or suitability for specific research goals.
Project AD Research shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project AD Research and its affiliates from all claims, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of products purchased from the Site.
